Tofu Pudding

Tofu pudding is a Chinese dessert but widely spread throughout Southeast Asia.  In Taiwan Tofu pudding is often served with sweet toppings like cooked peanuts, adzuki beans, cooked oatmeal, tapioca, mung beans, and a syrup flavored with ginger or almond. During summer time Tofu pudding is served with crushed ice and in winter it is served warm.
