- The Power Operation Test: The test the electricity consumption. To test there is any flaw to cause the high power consumption.
- Cooling Ability Test: Computer data catching, this will show the ability of each instant cooling machine.
- Durable Operation Test: Test the elements before and after the installation.
- Safety Test: Electric leakage and emergency situation test. Safety is the first concept of our machine.
Manufacture Process Management:
1. Manufacture Environment:
Manufacture environment represents the quality.
Our machines are manufactured in clean plant. We believe that we will manufacture good quality of the machine in the clean plant. Although this will be a little bit slower on the manufacture process, the attitude of the manufacture staffs and the manufacture quality will be a lot better. Besides, because of the clean plant, our members can take rest anywhere in the plant.
2. Precision Instruments:
Our stainless steel materials are dealt by laser cutting, metal press machines, robot arms, ultrasonic cleaning equipment, welding machine and other good manufacture equipments. These will lead to good material elements and accessories.
3. Develop and Design:
All machine designing are made by 3D computer software, heat conduction picture analysis, fluid dynamics design software, simulate and test over and over again to reach our goal of outstanding product.
4. DIY Assembly and Repairing:
DIY Assembly and Repairing is the most difficult part of the design. Our concept is that the machine which is hard to repair or it’s not easy for customers to install by themselves; we will not sell this kind of machine.
It’s because good quality means the sum of quality of manufacture, repairing, after sale service and the duration of the machine.
